Sebastian Beckley (he/him) serves as the Director of Administration and Finance at the Rackham School of Graduate Studies, where he oversees key administrative functions, including finance and fellowships, human resources, and facilities. In this role, Sebastian ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the graduate school, guiding strategic processes and supporting a thriving graduate community. He is dedicated to collaboration, mentorship, access, and opportunity—remaining actively involved in the UM Neurodiversity Project and having previously participated in initiatives such as the Blavin Scholars Program and SummerWorks Youth Employment Program. Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys gardening, traveling, and discovering new cultures and cuisines, experiences that enrich his perspective and support his holistic approach to leadership.
