Tara Engholm is the Assistant to the Director at the Institute for Social Research (ISR). In this role, Tara manages ISR-level projects, leads the policy subcommittee responsible for reviewing, updating, and authoring policies, and heads the administrative team within the ISR director’s office. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tara enjoys baking and traveling, which provide a perfect balance to her dynamic career.
