Call for Exhibitors

Internal and external exhibitors are welcome. Each station includes a 6x4 table and 2 chairs. Form submission is open now; payment details for external exhibitors will be confirmed separately.

Each exhibitor station includes a 6x4 table and 2 chairs, with a limit of 2 exhibitor representatives included.

Internal exhibitors

UM departments, staff groups, student organizations, and related campus groups. Registration must include the name of exhibitor support.

External exhibitors

Non UM exhibitors. Presentation hall stations are $250.00. Registration hall stations are $150.00. Each additional representative over 2 is $50.00. Payment processing will be confirmed separately.
